I divide the world into two types of people:
- X-Y-X people – those who resist change and strive to restore what once was.
- X-Y-Z people – those who embrace change, using it as fuel to adapt, lead, and grow.
I work with the latter: business owners, founders, and high-level professionals from companies like Meta, Google, LinkedIn, McKenzie, Nike, and Microsoft.
Those who’ve come to realise that returning to X is no longer an option. They are ready to embrace change, using it as a catalyst to grow in a way that aligns with their potential, values and aspirations.
